Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

The current processing time is between 1-5 business days to send out your order. Busy times (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) may cause a longer processing time. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email entered at checkout. 

All shipping times are dependent on the carrier but are estimated at 2-8 business days. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation, your tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Honey & Hope Co. wants to make sure you love your item, so if for any reason you do not like your item, send me an email at HoneyandHopecompany@gmail.com.

Please include the order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. 

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours to cancel or edit your order. Edits can include address, size, color, and word/phrase where applicable. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States.  We are working on being able to share our pieces worldwide.

Order says delivered, but I don't see it.

Please check your mailbox and with your neighbors. Sometimes packages arrive 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date.  Please contact your courier (USPS or UPS) with your tracking information if you have any questions regarding a delayed or lost package. If your package is lost, please file a claim with the courier.

If you provide an incorrect address and the package was delivered to that address, email HoneyandHopecompany@gmail.com and I'll do my best to help you.

My package is damaged/ opened upon delivery!

Please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside and submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

Other Important Information

Failed delivery and return to sender:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to: a wrong/ incorrect phone number, wrong/ incorrect shipping address, and/ or absent receiver, then you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the extra shipping cost to send the package back to you.

If the package cannot be delivered due to you (the customer) refusing to collect the package, then the package will be returned to us at your (the customer's) expense.  This expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred and they will be deducted from your refund.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.  Once the package has shipped, please contact your courier to see if they can fix the error.

Honey & Hope Co. is NOT responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, opened, or damaged packages. Once the package is dropped off with USPS or UPS, matters are unfortunately out of our hands.
